The Real Problem

If Your Business Only Grows When You Push It — You Don't Have a Business. You Have a Job.

In the beginning, running everything yourself is exactly what you should do. You know the work. You know your customers. You make things happen through skill, reputation, and hustle.

But somewhere along the way, that stops being enough.

Every job comes from someone you already know. Your growth ceiling is the size of your personal network — and you've already tapped most of it.

You're doing the work, running the crew, chasing invoices, and somehow supposed to be marketing yourself at the same time. Something always slips.

Leads fall through the cracks. You forget to follow up. A homeowner you quoted three months ago signs with someone else — because they followed up and you didn't.

You're booked solid right now — which feels good — but when this current stretch finishes, you're starting from zero again. No pipeline. No system. Just hoping the phone rings.

When a homeowner gets a $50,000 estimate from you, the first thing they do is Google your name. If they find nothing — or a bare-bones Facebook page that hasn't been touched in two years — they second-guess the quote. Sometimes they go with the contractor who looks more established. Even if your work is better.

"Growth without a system is just more chaos at a higher price tag. The contractors doing $2M, $5M a year aren't working harder than you — they have a machine that runs whether they're on a job site or not."

That machine has four parts: a lead source, an online presence, a CRM that never lets a prospect fall through, and automated follow-up that works while you work. That's exactly what we build — and we only earn money when you do.

The Full System

Six Things We Do For You — All at Once

This isn't a lead marketplace. It's not a software subscription. It's a full growth partnership — and we only win when you win.

01

Exclusive Leads in Your Market

We run targeted paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google specifically for your trade in your city. Every lead is pre-screened for budget, timeline, and serious intent. Then it goes to you — and only you. No marketplace. No bidding war with four other contractors. Exclusive.

Philadelphia: $1,000 ad spend → 48 leads → 7 closed jobs in 30 days.
02

Your CRM Pipeline — Built and Configured

We set up a complete sales pipeline in your CRM — accessible from your phone, tablet, or computer. Every lead, every quote, every follow-up conversation tracked in one place. Nothing gets forgotten. When you're sending out 15 estimates a month, a spiral notebook doesn't cut it.

The money you're losing right now isn't in bad jobs — it's in forgotten follow-ups.
03

Your Website and Online Presence

We build your website, optimize your Google Business profile, and set up your social media pages so when a homeowner Googles your name after getting your estimate, they find someone who looks established and trustworthy. Because you are. Now they'll know it.

A polished online presence makes referrals convert. It makes ad leads convert faster.
04

Front End Sales Team & AI Receptionist — 24/7 Inbound Handling

We become your front end sales team, reaching out to new leads and handling initial conversations, while our optional AI receptionist handles inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries around the clock. It qualifies new leads, answers common questions, and books estimate appointments directly into your calendar — even at midnight on a Saturday. No missed calls. No lost jobs while you're on a job site.

You can't answer calls when you're mid-demo. Now you don't have to.
05

Automated Follow-Up Sequences

Most jobs are lost not because the work was bad — but because nobody followed up at the right time. We configure automated SMS and email sequences that stay in contact with every prospect in your pipeline. If they weren't ready last month, we're still there when they are.

The contractor who follows up consistently closes 40% more than the one who follows up once.
06

Social Media Management

We manage your social media presence with consistent, professional content — before-and-after photos, project walkthroughs, and credibility-building posts. Every post compounds. When your next referral looks you up and sees 30 pieces of proof that you do great work. They sign.

Every post is building trust with the next $100K job before they even reach out.
How We Get Paid

Your Initial Investment Doesn't Go to Us. It Goes to Your Business.

Here's exactly how the partnership works — no fine print, no surprises.

Your ad spend goes to Facebook and Google — not to us The marketing budget you put in goes directly to your ad campaigns. Every dollar builds your brand and generates leads in your market. We manage the campaigns. You own the results.
One-time CRM and system setup You pay for CRM Software and own it forever. We build and configure your entire sales infrastructure for free. Your pipeline. Your automations. Your AI receptionist. After that, it runs your business for you. No ongoing software fees buried in our fee structure.
$500 flat per closed job — that's our only fee Whether it's a $10,000 deck or a $100,000 kitchen remodel, we take $500 when the homeowner pays you. Not before. If the job doesn't close, we get nothing. Our incentive is exactly the same as yours.
One partner per market — period. We don't run the same lead campaign for three contractors in the same city. When we partner with you, every lead we generate in your area is yours. Exclusively. You don't compete with other contractors we work with — you have the market.

Say we send you 30 leads per month and you close 4. At $5,000 profit per job, that's $20,000 in new profits. Our fee? $2,000 (4 Jobs Closed x $500). You keep $18,000 — from jobs you wouldn't have had. That's the math.

Straight Answers

Every Contractor Asks These Questions.
Here's the Truth.

We've talked to hundreds of contractors across the country. The same concerns come up every time. Here's exactly how we'd answer them.

"I don't want to invest money upfront. Just send me jobs first."

This one comes up a lot — and almost every time, it's less about the money and more about trust. Fair enough. So let's break down what you're actually investing in.

The ad spend goes directly to Facebook and Google. Not to us. It's you buying visibility in your own market — homeowners who are actively looking for your type of work, right now. The CRM setup is a one-time investment. After that you own it forever, & it runs your business for years.

Here's the reframe: the only person the upfront investment is a bet on is you. The system works — we've proven it in multiple markets. The only variable is whether you show up, run the estimates, and close the jobs. If you trust yourself to do the work, the math is simple.

One closed job covers your first month's ad spend. After that, you're paying us $500 per job out of money you've already collected.

"I already get plenty of referrals. Why do I need marketing?"

Referrals are proof your work is excellent. That's a real competitive advantage — and this system makes it better, not different.

Here's the thing most contractors miss: referrals still look you up before they call. When they Google your name and find a professional website, good reviews, and active social media — the referral converts faster and with less price resistance. They already trust you from whoever sent them. Now they also trust what they see online. That's when you get the yes without negotiating.

And referral-only growth has a ceiling. You can only grow as fast as word spreads in your existing network. Our system brings in strangers — qualified homeowners who don't know anyone you know — and turns them into customers. That's how you go from $400K to $1M.

The marketing doesn't replace what's working. It's fuel for it — and it makes the referrals you're already getting convert better.

"Why do I need a CRM? I keep track of everything myself."

When you're doing 5 jobs a month from referrals, keeping it in your head — or in a spiral notebook — works fine. When we're sending you 10–15 leads per month on top of your existing work, something will fall through the cracks without a system.

The CRM isn't about replacing how you work. It's about making sure that as volume increases, every opportunity gets tracked, every follow-up happens on time, and no quote you wrote three months ago gets forgotten. The money you're losing right now isn't in bad jobs — it's in leads you quoted and never followed up with.

And we set it up for you. You don't have to learn a piece of software from scratch. We build the pipeline, configure the automations, and show you exactly how to use it. It runs on your phone. It takes about 30 seconds to update a lead.

Going from $300K to $1M doesn't happen on memory. It happens on systems.

"I'm booked solid through the end of the year. Wrong time."

Being fully booked is the best possible signal — it means your work is good and your existing customers trust you. But "booked out" with your current crew at your current payroll is a ceiling, not a milestone.

Leads we generate today get estimates scheduled 4–6 weeks out — which is exactly where your current calendar ends. We're not asking you to fit more work into next week. We're filling the calendar after where you already are.

And here's the bigger opportunity: if you're at $500K fully booked with one crew — what does $1M look like? It looks like two crews, both fully booked. You're managing the operation, not swinging the hammer on every job. That transition requires a pipeline. It requires marketing. It requires this system.

The best time to build the pipeline is before you need it. If you're busy right now, that's exactly when to start.

"I tried ads before and got burned. Didn't see any results."

Most contractors who tried ads and got burned used a pay-per-lead marketplace — which means they paid for leads that went to 4 other contractors at the same time. Or they ran ads with no follow-up system, so leads came in and went cold before anyone called them back.

Our model is different in three specific ways: the leads are exclusive to you, we build the follow-up automation so no lead goes cold, and we only get paid when you close. If the campaign isn't producing closed jobs, we're not making money either. That changes the incentive completely.

The ads aren't the hard part. The hard part is everything around them — the website that builds trust when they look you up, the CRM that keeps them organized, the follow-up sequences that stay in contact until they're ready to sign. That's the full system. That's what most standalone ad campaigns are missing.

The ads work. The question is whether the infrastructure around them works too. With us, it does.

"How is this different from Angie's List or Thumbtack?"

Angie's List and Thumbtack charge you per lead — and then send that exact same lead to 3 to 5 other contractors simultaneously. You're paying for competition. You're racing everyone else to be the first one to call a stranger who isn't sold on you yet.

We're the opposite. Every lead we generate in your market is yours alone. The campaign runs under your brand. The homeowner only sees you. When they fill out the form, they're not being auctioned off to whoever bids — they're already starting a conversation with your business.

And we don't just send you a name and phone number. We send you a pre-screened, pre-qualified homeowner with a confirmed budget, project notes, and a timeline — often with an estimate appointment already booked into your calendar. You show up and close. That's it.

Lead marketplaces sell you competition. We sell you exclusivity. That's a different product entirely.

Real Numbers

What This System Looks Like When It's Running

These aren't projections. These are numbers from actual contractors in our system.

Philadelphia, PA — Remodeling
$1,000
First Month Ad Spend
48 Leads
Month One
7 closed jobs including a $60K basement renovation, $15K kitchen, and multiple bathrooms. The campaign paid for itself before month two even started. CRM tracked all 48 leads through the pipeline.
Conservative Projection
5 Closes
Per Month (Conservative)
$17,500
Net New Revenue in Your Pocket
At $4K profit per job × 5 closes = $20K. Our fee: $2,500. Your net: $17,500 — on top of whatever your existing referral business is doing. That's what the system adds.
Honest Criteria

Is This Partnership Right for You?

We're selective about who we work with — not because we're trying to be exclusive for its own sake, but because we only take one partner per market. That means we only go in when we think it's a strong fit on both sides.

This Is For You If:
  • You have at least 1 crew and capacity for additional work
  • You do quality work and your customers come back or refer
  • You want to grow beyond what referrals alone can do
  • You can handle 10–15 additional estimate appointments per month
  • You're willing to invest in your own marketing (it goes to your ads, not us)
  • You want a system — not just a lead list
  • You're targeting $1M+ in annual revenue and serious about getting there
  • You'll follow up with every lead that comes through
This Is NOT For You If:
  • You want free leads with no skin in the game
  • You're not willing to build an online presence
  • You won't follow up after the initial estimate
  • You want to stay referral-only with no growth ambition
  • You don't have capacity to take on new projects
  • You're looking for a shortcut, not a system

We're not looking for volume. We're looking for one contractor per market who will take this seriously, follow up on every lead, and run the estimates. When we find that person, we go all in on their market.

Who We Are

Golden State Media Solutions

We're a sales, marketing, and business growth consulting firm based in Sunnyvale, California. We work with contractors from Louisiana to New York, Ohio to Texas, Florida to Michigan — and we've seen the same pattern in every market.

Contractors with 10, 15, even 20 years of experience. Outstanding work. Strong reputation. But no system to generate new demand, no online presence, no pipeline tracking — and as a result, stuck at the same revenue number year after year.

We built Local Home Pros to fix that. We bring the leads, build the infrastructure, and take a small cut only when a job closes. No retainers. No pay-per-lead. No fine print.

Common Questions

You Have Questions. Here Are the Answers.

What does the initial investment actually cover?
The initial investment splits two ways: ad spend goes directly to Facebook, Instagram, and Google — not to us. That's you buying visibility in your own market immediately. The setup fee covers building out your full CRM pipeline, automated follow-up sequences, AI receptionist configuration, and campaign launch. Once it's built, the infrastructure is yours. After that, the ongoing cost is your ad spend and $500 per closed job.
How quickly will I start seeing leads?
Campaigns typically go live within 3–5 business days of setup. The first leads usually come in within 48–72 hours of launch. Estimate appointments are often booked within the first week. We consider the first 30 days a ramp-up period — by day 45, you should have a fully active pipeline with multiple opportunities at various stages.
What trades do you work with?
We work with contractors across all major residential renovation and home improvement trades: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, general contracting, roofing, siding, flooring, decks and patios, windows and doors, painting, concrete and masonry, tile, drywall, and more. If homeowners hire you for it and the average job size is over $3,000, we can generate qualified leads for it.
What if I already have a website or social media?
We'll review what you have and build on top of it or replace it — whichever serves you better. Most contractor websites are built to look decent, not to convert. We build for conversion: clear service pages, a project portfolio that builds trust, a contact form that captures serious buyers, and a Google Business profile that ranks locally. If what you have is already strong, we'll connect the campaign to it and optimize from there.
What if I already have a CRM or prefer my own system?
We use GoHighLevel, which integrates with most existing tools. If you already have a CRM you're comfortable with, we can discuss whether we can work within it. The CRM isn't a product we're selling you — it's the infrastructure that makes the whole system work. What matters is that every lead gets tracked, every follow-up happens, and nothing falls through the cracks. How we get there can be flexible.
What if a lead doesn't close?
You owe us nothing. Our $500 fee triggers only when you've been paid by the homeowner. If they go with someone else, postpone the project, or the deal falls through for any reason — we made nothing. That's the model. It means we're genuinely invested in helping you close, not just in sending you names and phone numbers.
Do you work in my area?
We partner with contractors across the country. We've worked in markets from Philadelphia to Atlanta, Ohio to Texas, Florida to Michigan, and many others. The application process starts with a market review — we look at the demand in your specific area for your specific trade to confirm it's a strong opportunity before we move forward.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract. We ask for a 90-day commitment to give the system enough time to ramp and deliver consistent results — campaigns need time to optimize, and the pipeline needs time to mature. After that, it's month-to-month. If it's working — and based on our results, it will be — you'll want to keep going. If for any reason it's not, you're not locked in past the initial period.
How does the AI receptionist actually work?
The AI receptionist handles inbound calls, texts, and web form submissions 24/7. When a lead comes in after hours, on weekends, or while you're on a job site, the AI responds immediately — qualifying the lead, answering common questions about your services, and booking estimate appointments directly into your calendar. It's configured to sound like a professional representative of your business, not a generic robot. You just show up to the appointments it schedules.
What makes you different from a marketing agency?
A marketing agency charges you a retainer whether you close jobs or not. Their incentive is to make the metrics look good — clicks, impressions, cost per lead. Our incentive is different: we only get paid when you close a job. That changes everything about how we approach the campaign, the lead quality, the follow-up system, and the ongoing optimization. We're not a vendor — we're a growth partner with aligned financial incentives.
